Here it Comes!

For a while both my dreams and real life had been focused on renovation, restoring and renewing the good, while removing old clutter. It had been a time for choosing what to keep and what to throw away, both in material and spiritual terms. It made me aware of how much unclear borders between light and darkness, confusion and clutter is weakening us. I dreamt about cleansing out fake gold, that which looks good but is not etc, and I thought it was a personal process. But then I had a dream that wasn’t personal at all…

In the dream I was shown how the infiltrated darkness was being separated from the light. The opposing forces of good and evil have become so familiar to us and have built the foundation of life as we know it. They have lived side by side in and around us, mixed together, but that is about to change. That is certainly wonderful, but I was shown that it can indeed be frightening as well. Truth is simply not for wimps.

While we tend to cling to the familiar and fear the unknown, what I experienced in this dream was that everything was challenged and nothing would remain the way it used to be. The heart was tested and many choices had to be made, based on a recognition of good and evil, truth and lies. It may sound simple, but there were no obvious choices as this was a deep cleansing beyond words and labels, the way God sees it.

It wasn’t an intellectual process where I could simply choose between Buddha or Yeshua, gold or clutter etc. Not at all, instead it was about accepting or rejecting a multitude of intense energies with no names or tags explaining their true nature. Discernment of the heart was the clue and I believe the only way to make the right choices was to be absorbed by and in love with God.

Please don’t get me wrong, mental decisions certainly make a difference and they form a foundation, but it’s not enough. Life is not black and white and we might not walk our own talk even if we think we do. Things in this realm are layered and complex, and entangled fragments of light and darkness are found everywhere. So the cleansing process is equally complex.

In the dream I was surrounded by opposing forces and all kinds of aspects of good and evil. They all had attracting powers and like magnets they were pulling me in different directions. Neutrality was not an option, I had to choose what to embrace and what to reject. It was a tense state of inner transition and the air was vibrating. Nothing was still and nothing was even. I knew I was witnessing the “inner landscape” of the major event all seekers are waiting for.

I don’t know if I should call it the tribulation, the marriage or the harvest, but it was a taste of THE event, taking place in, through and around me. I believe this process has already slowly emerged and is increasingly taking place in all of our lives now. If you believe the marriage is a romantic event after this life, then you might want to rethink. For is it not more likely that the marriage is now, based on what powers we choose to become one with?

Just before I woke up I heard the words “If you didn’t know it was coming, here it comes!” It was saying that even if many are unaware and ignorant, it is still coming, whether they are prepared or not. I was left with a vague memory of a lion slowly walking forward, emerging, in the midst of it all. And I knew that it was in fact the coming of Christ that caused this tension and need for purification.

Matthew 13:24-30 “…The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field, but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared.

So the servants of the owner came and said to him, “Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?” He said to them, “An enemy has done this.”

The servants said to him, “Do you want us then to go and gather them up?” But he said, “No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gther the wheat into my barn.””
